Resort Rules

Riverwoods Golf Course & RV Park welcomes nightly, weekly, and extended-stay guests. Extended-stay guests are offered month-to-month rental agreements and are expected to follow our Park Rules & Regulations.

Our goal is to maintain a clean, attractive, quiet, and welcoming RV park for everyone to enjoy.

Extended-Stay Requirements

• RV Age: RVs, travel trailers, fifth wheels, and motorhomes should generally be 10 years old or newer for extended stays. Have an older RV that's in excellent condition? Contact us with current photos. Exceptions may be approved by Management.
• RV Appearance: RVs must be clean, well-maintained, and presentable throughout your stay. RVs must be thoroughly washed at least once every 12 months and more frequently when needed. Moss, mildew, algae, excessive dirt, staining, and visibly neglected exteriors are not permitted.
• Clean Sites: Sites must be kept neat and free of clutter. Excessive outdoor storage, garbage, boxes, unused furniture, building materials, vehicle parts, and storage underneath or around RVs are not permitted.
• Decks & Improvements: Decks, porches, sheds, fences, skirting, canopies, permanent steps, landscaping changes, or other structures or improvements require prior written approval from Park Management.
• Packages & Deliveries: Please arrange to receive your own packages. Packages may only be delivered to or accepted by the clubhouse, office, or Park staff with prior approval from Management.
• Occupancy & Pets: Extended-stay occupancy must be approved by Management. Pets are welcome subject to our Park Pet Policy.
• Trash & Garbage: All household trash must be placed completely inside the designated trash container with the lid fully closed. Trash cans and dumpsters may not be overfilled or overstuffed, and garbage, bags, boxes, or other waste may not be left on top of or beside a full container. If a trash container is full, please notify the RV Resort Manager rather than adding additional trash. 
• Clubhouse, Restrooms & Showers: The clubhouse restrooms and shower facilities are available for RV Park guest use during designated hours when the clubhouse is not reserved for a private event or other scheduled function. When an event is taking place, RV Park guests may not enter or use the clubhouse, including the restrooms and showers, for the duration of the event. Please plan accordingly and respect all posted signs, closures, and event hours. The clubhouse may also be temporarily closed at Management’s discretion for cleaning, maintenance, private functions, or other operational needs.
• Vehicles & Parking: All vehicles kept or operated within Riverwoods Golf Course & RV Park must have current registration and license plates and be maintained in operable condition. Unlicensed, unregistered, expired-registration, abandoned, dismantled, or inoperable vehicles may not be stored or parked anywhere on Park property. Vehicle repairs, dismantling, or long-term vehicle storage are not permitted without prior written approval from Management. Vehicles must be parked only in designated or approved areas and may not block roadways, neighboring sites, golf course access, or other Park facilities. Vehicles that violate these requirements may be subject to towing and removal from Park property at the vehicle owner's expense, following any notice and procedures required by Washington law.

On-site RV Resort Manager, Sam, who resides in Space #7 (360)581-7760. Having management on-site helps us maintain a clean, attractive, safe, and welcoming property and provides our guests with a convenient point of contact when assistance is needed.
